Our home is a 18,000-square-foot warehouse space, formerly the Coors-Maloof beer warehouse, turned into a flexible exhibition space which allows us to accomodate a wide variety of exhibitions. For instance, the space was transformed for Juan Muñoz: STREETWISE when part of the galleries were rendered into a street scene resembling a neighborhood in Madrid. For the exhibitions AGNES MARTIN / RICHARD TUTTLE and UNLAND/Doris Salcedo, which opened in August 1998, the galleries were enlarged to create a spacious, light-filled and lofty atmosphere to best accomodate the paintings and sculptures.
