Sidney B. Felsen is the co-founder of the legendary artist’s workshop Gemini G.E.L., established with Stanley Grinstein in 1966. Since then, he has nurtured the collaborations that take place in the printmaking studio. He has worked with artists including Baldessari, Bell, Chamberlain, Diebenkorn, Guston, Hockney, Johns, Kelly, Lichtenstein, Nauman, Rothenberg, Ruscha, Stella, and Tuttle among many others. In addition, Felsen is a photographer and has created a vast photographic archive of friends and colleagues who have been guest artists at Gemini.

Joni Mosiant Weyl came to Gemini in 1977, serving as the the Sales Director in Los Angeles until 1984, when she established her gallery, Gemini GEL at Joni Moisant Weyl in New York. The gallery shows both new editions as they are published, as well as many historical survey exhibitions, including works by Robert Rauschenberg, Philip Guston, Ellsworth Kelly, Claes Oldenburg, Ken Price, and Frank Stella.
