FULL TIME POSITION
Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager runs the daily functions of HR, including hiring and interviewing staff; administering pay, benefits, and leave; supporting organizational culture; assisting and troubleshooting personnel issues; overseeing performance management; and advising on company policies and practices. This role reports to the Phillips Executive Director and provides guidance on workforce decisions, needs, and initiatives.
