Billboard Project
Artists Against the Bomb
Artists Against the Bomb Billboard Project features a collection of nine posters made by a cohort of international artists united against nuclear weapons. It is shown alongside Pedro Reyes: DIRECT ACTION. Recruited by Reyes, each artist was asked to contribute an artwork and nominate another artist to participate. This way, all participants become co-curators of the project.
Artists Against the Bomb Billboard Project includes works by contributing artists Mónica Bonvicini, The Center for Tactical Magic, Mónica de la Torre, Yukari Kato Tsubasa, Harrell Fletcher, Tomás Saraceno, Santiago Sierra, Sean Dower, Enrique Ježik, Abi Tariq, and Honi Ryan.
Artists Against the Bomb is a collective and collaborative campaign aimed at bringing the creative community together under a single cause: to prevent the destruction of all life on Earth by reducing the world’s nuclear stockpile to zero. Artists Against the Bomb is supported by the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) and Estudio Reyes.
