October Reading

bosque brotante by Daisy Quezada Ureña

bosque brotante documents three conversations that took place along the Rio Grande in 2019. The conversations, textile and ceramic exchanges that accompanied them, as well as the book itself, are extensions of an artwork that was produced for the 2019 exhibition, Species in Peril Along the Rio Grande, curated by Josie Lopez and Subhankar Banerjee, 516 Arts, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We will read the essay and review Daisy Quezada Ureña's work in the New Mexico History Museum located at 113 Lincoln Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501.

FREE. RSVP Required
